Dropzone is a 15–30 minute narrative and exploration experience set in a reimagined corner of New Mombasa, offering a fresh perspective on one of the most iconic locations in video game history. Stepping into the boots of an ODST, players are free to uncover the story hidden within the environment—or simply wander and soak in the atmosphere. With no pressure or combat, it’s a deeply immersive experience designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Put on your headphones, sit back, and lose yourself in one of Halo's most legendary settings, New Mombasa.

A shader I made using flowmaps to create moving PNGs thoughout the environment. It was used for smoke and fire effects throughout the experience.
